With over 20 years involvement with the Business Process Framework across a number of companies I have seen the success that successfully and sustainably implementing the BPF can bring to an organisation. These benefits are not limited to production but encompass; safety, environment, costs and the social aspects of an operation.
Having a career of 25+ years in the mining and associated industries including site and corporate roles will assist in bringing value to operations that I assist using the Business Process Framework. In 2002 after a career with RGC Mineral Sands, Western Mining Corporation and Argyle Diamonds I commenced full time consulting working with numerous Australian and global organisations.
